Best season for Bhotekoshi rafting

The best season for rafting in Bhotekoshi is Jan-May, Oct-Dec. From the last week of February through the end of May and from the last week of September till November, it is the perfect time to raft on the Bhotekoshi. Day 01: Kathmandu Valley is the starting point of Lomosangu-Dam of the trip. This is a spectacular drive through villages and if weather permits, you will have Panoramic mountain views i.e. Ganesh Himal, Langtang, etc.

Day 02: After breakfast run white water hit again a class 3 rapid starting from the upper section. You have a second chance to show how your raft team can work well together in challenging rapids. The takeout point is Dolalghat Bazaar about 2 to 3 p.m. and drive back to Kathmandu.
